Treatment time depends on the odor, severity, temperature, humidity, floor plan and size of the space. BioSweep states that one treatment will typically remove odors caused by organic materials. Results depend on correcting the original odor source and preventing the property from being exposed to the same source again. Additional treatment may be required when a source remains or a new odor is introduced.
-
BioSweep states that its service providers guarantee removal of the existing organic odor, subject to local terms and the original source being resolved. A guarantee generally does not cover new odors, continuing odor-producing activity or an odor source that was not removed before treatment. Customers should review the written guarantee provided by BioSweep of Western Missouri before service begins.
