What the BioSweep Guarantee Really Means

✓ If the odor returns, so do we—at no additional charge.

If a qualifying odor returns after treatment and the original source has been resolved, we’ll return and re-treat the property at no additional cost. This is a complete re-treatment—not a credit or discount toward future service.

✓ You receive the guarantee in writing.

Your service agreement will clearly explain the re-treatment guarantee and its terms. You’ll receive everything in writing before treatment begins, so you’ll know exactly what is covered.

Two situations are not covered by the guarantee:

1. Walls painted before treatment

Paint can seal smoke and other odors inside drywall. If the affected walls were painted before BioSweep treatment, we can still perform the service at half price, but the treatment will not include the guarantee.

2. Pet urine without access to the subfloor

Urine-damaged carpet, padding, or flooring must be removed so we can treat the exposed subfloor. If the subfloor cannot be accessed, we can still perform the treatment at half price, but it will not be guaranteed.

We’ll discuss these exceptions with you before scheduling your treatment, so there are no surprises.

When a qualifying treatment is scheduled for a property listing, the guarantee transfers to the new homeowner at closing. No additional enrollment or paperwork is required.
